“Alicia” was considering
abortion because of financial
concerns and because she was
afraid to tell her mother. Her
boyfriend said that the baby was
a gift from God, but she still
didn’t know what to do.
At the
Pregnancy Center, we talked her
through her options and
scheduled an ultrasound for her.
Soon after her visit she found
the courage to tell her mother,
who came with her and her
boyfriend to the appointment.
Her mom was sharing how there
was still so much for Alicia to
do before having children, but
when she saw the baby’s
ultrasound picture, she
exclaimed, “That’s my
grandchild!”. Everyone was
excited and ready to welcome
their new baby.
When they left, Alicia’s mom
called out, “Love you guys!”
